So here you have 3 very interesting, and our most popular, salamis: Fra'Mani Salametto with a hint of garlic is made in Northern California by famed chef Paul Bertoli, Zoe's Meats Ghost Pepper Salami, which has a little tequila and lime is made in Santa Rosa, and Creminelli Wild Boar Salami made in Utah. Since man doesn't survive by salami alone we also included Aged Gouda, Crackers, Almonds, California Dried Fruit and a small bottle of our popular Elderflower Presse. The Salami will stay good for months in a refrigerator, but we bet it won't last that long.
